Using data provided by the United States Geological Survey, BCDC has updated sea level rise maps that show the low-lying areas around the bay that are most in danger from sea level rise caused by global warming.

BCDC developed a draft staff report that analyzes vulnerabilities to climate change in the Bay and on the shoreline and recommends new and updated San Francisco Bay Plan findings and policies.
